Responsibilities

• Escort and transport patients to imaging areas safely.
• Assist with patient positioning on exam tables as directed.
• Prepare imaging rooms and equipment for procedures.
• Assist technologists during imaging procedures under supervision.
• Conduct MRI safety screenings to confirm patient readiness.
• Verify physician orders and obtain patient histories as directed.
• Schedule imaging appointments and handle routine clerical tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and data entry in EHR.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or shortages to staff.
