Job summary

Philips in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Field Service Engineer for imaging systems to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. You will travel about 70% across the region, coordinate with customer teams, complete PMs and service orders, and adhere to training and safety requirements.

Candidates should have 1+ year imaging service or 3+ years electromechanical experience, plus an associate degree in electronics or related field.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Experience with diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs/image guided therapy equipment preferred.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by meeting commitments and timelines and managing service revenue.
• Participate in regional work teams and improve processes; pursue training opportunities.
• Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service orders, PMs, and installation documents.
• Use tools and escalation processes to resolve issues; complete PMs and installations.
• Travel Approximately 70% across the geography; 1-4 hours driving daily; occasional overnight travel.
