Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate imaging product lines into operational employment concepts. You will serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate with Imaging Operations Leads and engineering leadership to plan training, deployment, documentation, and troubleshooting with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience interfacing hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Linux command line troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational specifications.
• Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 75%+ of the year to remote regions, including hazard zones.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity with the Department of War to deploy Anduril integrated hardware-software products.
• Support the delivery of contract deliverables such as training manuals and site surveys.
• Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments and drive to resolution.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure high availability and performance of imaging systems.
• Manage cross-team projects across multiple functional areas.
• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time with hands-on problem solving.
• Author training documentation for end users and internal usage.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments (firewalls, routers, switches, APs, cloud).
