Iron Mountain in Jessup, MD is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide on-site IT support for imaging and file transfer environments. The role includes maintaining hardware/software, managing SLAs, and onboarding new Digital Solutions customers.

You will collaborate across IT teams, handle escalations, and support a fast-paced, high-volume environment with up to 15% travel. On-site work with competitive compensation awaits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT industry experience.
• Experience with remote control tools, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016, SQL, and Active Directory.
• Direct experience deploying and troubleshooting Kofax imaging software.
• IT infrastructure knowledge across Desktop, Server, Network with on-site support.
• PowerShell scripting and basic network fundamentals are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support at Jessup imaging center and central imaging/file transfer environments.
• Own day-to-day operation of critical hardware and software including scanners and imaging tools.
• Lead daily maintenance to keep systems available and meet SLAs.
• Manage escalations and participate in on-call support.
• Onboard new Digital Solutions customers and process change requests.
• Improve standard processes and develop controls to monitor productivity and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Implementations and DevOps to roll out fixes and enhancements.
