Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience with hardware/software integration.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, validation, and problem solving.
• Strong documentation and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity hardening; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and field technical support for system configuration, hardware integration, and troubleshooting.
• Support development, integration, and validation of computer vision and imaging systems.
• Collaborate with R&D to design, build, and evaluate rapid prototypes and new features.
• Develop and execute end-to-end system tests verifying quality, functionality, and performance.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation and configuration records using AGILE.
• Assist transfer of designs from development to production and support issue resolution.
• Participate in project coordination, status updates, and cross-functional follow-up.
• Support cybersecurity standards implementation in deployed systems.
• Occasional travel to customer sites or meetings.
