Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient for visit by completing documentation and answering questions.
• Cleans and prepares the examination room for the next appointment.
• Verifies physician orders and procedures for accuracy.
• Maintains radiographic equipment and work area to departmental standards.
• Performs radiology imaging adhering to ALARA principles and regulatory standards.
• Reviews patient images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
• Performs quality control procedures and notifies when remediation is needed.
• Adapts communication to patient populations and respects privacy.
