SimonMed Imaging seeks a hands-on Technologist Assistant to support safe, efficient imaging exams by preparing patients, assisting clinical teams, and guiding patients through their visit in a fast-paced setting.

This role involves preparing rooms, aiding patient mobility, and providing basic procedural support while following safety guidelines. You will gain hands-on clinical experience and work with technologists in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare or patient-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required (or obtained within required timeframe).
• IV certification or willingness to obtain (depending on modality requirements).
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and physically assist patients.
• Comfort supporting patient mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an active clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and ensure readiness for imaging procedures.
• Assist with patient mobility, escorting patients, and exam preparation.
• Provide basic procedural support and follow established safety and mobility guidelines.

Support safe, efficient imaging exams by preparing patients, assisting clinical teams, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit in a fast-paced, active clinical environment.

At SimonMed Imaging, the Technologist Assistant plays a key role in delivering a smooth, patient-centered imaging experience. This role supports technologists and clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, assisting with patient flow and mobility, and ensuring patients are safely and respectfully guided through their visit.

This is a hands-on, highly active patient-care role that involves frequent standing, walking, and direct physical support of patients. If you enjoy working closely with patients and clinical teams in a dynamic healthcare setting, this role offers meaningful daily impact.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have
