ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Appleton in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking an Imaging Assistant I to support diagnostic imaging departments. You will help coordinate patient flow, assist technologists, and maintain a safe and efficient environment in a 40-hour work week.

Qualification includes a high school diploma or GED (preferred), being at least 18 years old, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional, empathetic, and compassionate care to patients and their loved ones.
• Greets patients and their families, assists patients with dressing/undressing, transports or ambulates patients, and assists patients with comfort needs.
• Promotes team member and patient safety in all activities and to all patient types to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Completes documentation on time and accurately in accordance with department policy and procedure.
• Prepares, maintains, and cleans equipment, such as wheelchairs, carts, oxygen tanks, imaging equipment, and exam rooms, and follows infection prevention guidelines to ensure a safe environment for team members and patients.
• Partners with all imaging departments and inpatient units to assist in a safe and efficient patient flow.
