Job summary

Froedtert ThedaCare in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a patient-centered Imaging Services support specialist to handle reception, registration, insurance verification, EMR documentation, and patient transport for imaging studies. You will work on-site and cooperatively with technologists to ensure smooth patient flow.

One year clinical or hospital experience is preferred. A High School diploma is preferred and BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• One year clinical or hospital experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across Imaging Services and support clerical tasks.
• Handle reception, registration, insurance verification, and EMR documentation.
• Assist with patient transport and prepare patients for imaging studies.
