Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a per diem Radiologic Technologist in Keene, NH to provide radiologic care for diagnostic and treatment purposes. The role requires performing procedures across multiple areas and maintaining competency across at least two specialties.

Qualified candidates are graduates of AMA approved Radiologic Technology programs, with ARRT registration or eligibility, NH licensure within one year, and CPR certification within three months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum one year of hospital experience.
• Registered by ARRT or registry eligible (obtain within 1 year of hire).
• NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license current or obtain within 1 year of graduation; CPR certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiologic care for diagnosis and/or treatment.
• Perform procedures and maintain competency in at least two specialty areas (Diagnostic Radiology, CT, Bone Densitometry, Interventional Radiology).

Job description

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Radiology and the clinical direction of the Radiologists or Interpreting Provider for Bone Density, provides radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Performs procedures and maintains competency necessary to perform the duties on a regular basis in at least two of the following specialty areas, as described in the job description for such areas: Diagnostic Radiology - Computed Tomography - Bone Densitometry- Interventional Radiology.

Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology. One year of experience in a hospital setting is required. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Registry eligible. Obtained within 90 days of hire date, preferred; obtain registration within one year of hire date required. New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License - currentNew Graduate must be registered with the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, and obtain licensure within one year of graduation.
CPR certification must be acquired and maintained within three months of hiredate and maintained bi- annually.
