Responsibilities include operating printers and scanners, manipulating PDFs with the Adobe suite, and mentoring colleagues on equipment use.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in reprographics, print production, or document services in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsabilités

• Perform printing, scanning, document preparation, and finishing services.
• Use Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator for PDF manipulation and graphics tasks.
• Operate multifunction printers, scanners, copiers, and binding equipment.
• Manage production workflows, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely distribution of materials.
• Provide customer service and train colleagues on equipment and procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities, overtime, shift coverage, and occasional off-site work.
