Job summary

Iron Mountain in Dallas (TX) is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our Imaging Centers team. You will accurately prepare and scan physical documents into digital formats, playing a vital role in our information conversion objectives.

• Strong knowledge of basic personal computer operations and document handling protocols.
• Proven ability to work independently at a sustained pace, maintaining exceptional accuracy and a strong focus on detail to consistently meet production rates.
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• The flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed, and the physical capability to frequently lift and move storage boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Production Compliance: Follow all established production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean and secure work environment.

• Note : This position is a temporary-to-permanent role and is not eligible for benefits until official conversion to a permanent status.
