Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Provider Service Representative to join a dedicated team focused on quality care and access for patients, providers, and regulators. You will identify referral sources, promote services, and ensure excellent liaison between patients and care teams.

The role offers a $400/month auto allowance, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits as part of a growth-focused environment in Owings Mills, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 2–3 years related experience or training desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information to top management and public groups.
• Intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and market contract imaging services to local IPAs, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians through cold calls, appointments, leads and visits.
• Identify and resolve service issues from referral sources.
• Brand the market and promote new services, hours, radiologist, equipment, site programs.
• Safeguard patient information and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with stakeholders.
