Doctors Hospital of Manteca is seeking a PM Shift Supervisor for the Imaging Department in Manteca, CA. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of radiology leadership and California radiologic technology certification.

The supervisor will guide daily imaging operations, ensure safe patient flow, and mentor students. The position emphasizes adherence to Tenet/DHM policies, collaboration with departments, and management presence during evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Major: Radiological Technology
• Supportive Course Work: Biology, anatomy and physiology
• Minimum Experience/Skills: 3 – 5 YEARS
• LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: State of California certification in Radiologic Technology. Healthcare Provider BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and organizing the daily functions of the Imaging Department.
• Ensure all diagnostic procedures are completed per Tenet/DHM policies.
• Maintain proper patient flow throughout all modalities (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, ER, OR).
• Supervise radiology students and coordinate with the college for student performance evaluation.
• Oversee department operations in absence of Chief Tech and Department Director; ensure safety compliance.

Position Summary:
The PM Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting with planning and organizing the daily functions of the Imaging Department. Ensures all diagnostic procedures are completed in accordance with Tenet/DHM policies. Ensures proper patient flow throughout the department in all modalities including routine x-rays, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, ER department and OR. Ensures compliance and preparation relating to TJC and state regulations. Works with and directs all radiology students and works closely with the college in evaluating students’ performance. Oversees departmental operations in the absence of the Chief Tech and Department Director. Ensures all hospital mandated safety precautions are followed. Performs other duties as required.
