Job summary

RadNet in the United States is seeking a Provider Service Representative to join a dedicated team delivering quality care and access to imaging services. You will identify and market contract imaging opportunities to local IPAs, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians through calls, visits, and appointments.

This role includes a $400/month auto allowance, bonus eligibility, and opportunities for cross-training and advancement within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing or related field or two to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community; present information to management and boards.
• Strong marketing/sales competencies including communication, interpersonal skills, results orientation, customer orientation, strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and market contract imaging services to local IPA’s, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians.
• Grow territory and increase numbers through cold calling, appointments, leads and regular visits.
• Identify and resolve service issues from referral sources.
• Promote new services, hours, radiologist, equipment, site-specific programs.
