Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluates, and directs workflow for staff.
• Provides patient-centered care and interdisciplinary planning.
• Leads department goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Supports QA/QI initiatives and regulatory compliance across the dept.
• Manages department budget and ensures annual budgetary goals.
• Collaborates with other departments to improve patient flow and outcomes.
