Job summary

Banner Health invites qualified Radiologic Technologists to join our imaging team in Phoenix. You will perform radiographic procedures with independent judgment, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved radiology program.
• National ARRT certification and state licensure if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of clinical radiology experience recommended.
• Must demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at hire (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiographic procedures per policies and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and prep steps.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform QC checks.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality in radiology practice.
• Collaborate with medical imaging, nursing, and other teams to support patient care.
• Independently perform procedures and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and ensure uninterrupted services.
