Job summary

Ashley Regional Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead daily imaging operations in Vernal, Utah. This full-time exempt role focuses on achieving departmental goals, staff development, and high-quality patient care within regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes budget oversight, vendor relations, and the integration of evidence-based practices to support Lifepoint Health’s mission of making communities healthier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• UT state imaging license and ARRT registry are required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the imaging department to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop departmental goals, standards, and objectives aligned with the organization’s vision.
• Oversee staff relations, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and staff development.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Ensure quality patient care and coordinate services with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Apply evidence-based practices and ensure HIPAA compliance.
