Orlando Health ORMC is seeking a Manager, Imaging Services to lead 2–3 imaging departments, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality patient care. The role reports to Imaging Services leadership at Central Florida's only Level I Trauma Center.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in diagnostic imaging, experience overseeing multiple modalities, and strong operational, financial, and staffing management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
• Experience managing multiple imaging modalities or departments.
• Strong operational, financial, and staffing management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages development and implementation of imaging systems, policies and procedures.
• Coordinates scheduling and supervision of imaging staff to meet goals.
• Regularly meets with imaging leadership to plan services and updates.
• Ensures compliance with Safety, Infection Control and regulatory standards.
• Oversees hiring, performance coaching, and staff development.
