Osceola Medical Center seeks a Diagnostic Imaging & Heart Care Manager to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for Imaging and Heart Care services. The role drives safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting financial and performance goals.

The manager partners with physicians and teams to enhance services, develop staff, and support growth across imaging and cardiovascular care in a regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiology program is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ technologist experience with two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Certification in ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, or other credential is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in diagnostic imaging or cardiovascular services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Imaging and Heart Care staff and collaborate with radiologists and cardiologists.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development.
• Develop staff competencies and cross-training opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations, patient access, and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead budget planning and resource allocation for departments.
