Fort Worth, Texas-based healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Manager of Diagnostic Imaging for a full-time day shift with no weekends. Lead the Radiology Department, oversee daily operations, staffing, and quality standards while driving workflow improvements.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in acute care imaging leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and current ARRT/ARDMS certification along with Texas licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent acute care imaging leadership experience (within the past year).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.
• Current ARRT or ARDMS certification required.
• Current Texas State License required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department.
• Manage imaging staff, scheduling, and departmental performance.
• Ensure high-quality imaging services and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve imaging workflows and operational efficiency.
