Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in the field, with at least one year in a managerial role in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Performs management responsibilities for staffing: selection, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of department staff.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to staff; conducts regular department meetings and performance appraisals.
• Drives service standards, patient satisfaction, and coordination with physicians and other departments.
• Manages department operations to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
