Job summary

Renown Health in Reno, NV, seeks an experienced Radiology Service Leader to plan and guide staff across all imaging modalities while upholding quality and regulatory standards. The role includes budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality patient care within Radiology Services and related registration functions.

You will collaborate with medical staff, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement of imaging services to the community, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties safely and effectively.
• Requires completion of an AMA approved 2-year radiology program or equivalent Ultrasonography program.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Radiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead staff to ensure cost-effective patient care in Radiology.
• Oversee all imaging modalities, clerical, transcription, and film library functions.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO requirements and Renown Health System goals.
• Participate in marketing and off-campus facility operations as needed.
