• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

• Screen patient for safety before exam and verify patient, history, and exam requested.
• Use two patient identifiers for all exams and perform exams with proper technique.
• Complete patient-related documentation per department and hospital policy.
• Review patient schedule to identify potential problems and incorrect orders.
• Attend training related to daily job functions (medical records and radiology applications).
• Provide quality patient care considering age, development, and cultural needs.
