Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a large, complex radiology department with multiple modalities, including Nuclear Medicine.
• 3+ years of management experience in staff, budgets and modalities at director level.
• Strong knowledge of radiology operations, HR and financial management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system-wide imaging functions, initiatives and capital planning.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance program to ensure high patient care standards.
• Ensure imaging services comply with The Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Monitor fees and align pricing with departmental guidelines.
• Lead equipment service programs, vendor maintenance, and cost controls.
