SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles is seeking an experienced Imaging Director to oversee imaging services across multiple modalities at three hospitals and eight outpatient clinics in the St.

Charles County market. The role requires strong leadership, policy development, budgeting, and coordination with hospital leadership to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and seven years of imaging experience with at least five in

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required for imaging leadership role.
• Seven years’ experience with five years in direct people management/leadership.
• Active professional licensure in radiology/imaging per listed certifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads the delivery of imaging services across multiple modalities.
• Develops and leads policy implementation for imaging services.
• Prepares departmental budget and ensures operations stay within funds.
• Implements plans for patient care services in the department.
• Acts as liaison between service area and other department leaders.
• Maintains facilities and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
