Career Crunch in Ohio is seeking an experienced Medical Equipment Technician to maintain and advance diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment. You will apply your technical expertise to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and patient safety while collaborating with clinical teams.

In addition, you will mentor staff, support cybersecurity readiness, and help manage budgeting and purchasing for essential devices.

Competenze

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex medical equipment and systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards.
  • Experience guiding teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and Joint Commission expectations.

  • Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support safety initiatives, documentation, and audit readiness.

You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues.

  • The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Requirements:



  • Education Requirement: Associate degree or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Management Experience: 0-3 years

  • Related Experience: 5-7 years
