Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and pre-registration for imaging procedures.
• Assist with billing support and patient registration/check-in.
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations as needed/required.
• Support technologists and nursing staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Provide patient reminder calls and prep instructions as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information.
• Assist with stock monitoring and department records.
