Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule and/or cancel patient appointments for imaging modalities.
• Verify imaging orders and contact providers with questions when needed.
• Answer the telephone, take messages, page physicians and assist patients.
• Assist in directing patients to appropriate areas and answer questions.
• Coordinate with breast surgery staff for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Enter patient insurance coverage information.
• Inform patients about services offered and clinic expectations.
