Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking an RN Supervisor for Imaging, Days. The role leads day-to-day operations across imaging areas, including staffing, scheduling, and QA/PI activity, to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires an active Georgia RN license, BCLS, ACLS, and 5 years of hospital nursing experience. Strong supervisory and educational skills are essential to support staff and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• 5 years nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting required.
• RN - Registered Nurse Georgia licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure current license in the state of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL multistate license upon hire required and BCLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of Imaging, including off-site locations; staffing and scheduling; monitors staff performance; provides staff education; implements Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities for the department.
• Acts as a liaison between customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other hospital departments.
• Provides complex nursing care, including monitoring and administering medications during procedures; performs related record-keeping and patient care functions; serves as patient advocate.
