Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to lead Imaging operations across hospital and off-site locations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, education, and QA/PI activities while coordinating with medical staff and departments.
The role requires a strong critical care background, supervisory experience, and current GA RN licensure (NLC/eNCL acceptable). BCLS and ACLS are required to perform procedures and oversee patient care.

Manages the day-to-day operations of various areas of Imaging to include off-site locations of the hospital. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, monitoring staff performance, providing staff education, and implementing and directing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities for the department. Participates in department budget preparation and management. Acts as a liaison between customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other departments within the hospital.Able to provide complex nursing care, which includes the monitoring and administering of medications required during procedures. Performs related record-keeping and patient care functions and serves as patient advocate. Ensures proper education and training to staff and patients. Provides supervisory skills consistent with creativity, attention to detail and consistent follow through.
