Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Imaging team. You will care for patients undergoing interventional radiology, CT, and MRI, with a focus on vascular access and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will assess, monitor, and educate patients through procedures, with a blended specialty approach and opportunities to expand expertise within a world‑class facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• One year of RN experience
• LPN with 2 years in the same department may substitute for RN experience
• BSN preferred for expanded practice in imaging

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing imaging procedures and vascular access
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patients during procedures and recovery
• Administer treatments and medications per standards and protocols
• Create individualized care plans with patients and families
• Coordinate ongoing care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families about procedures and treatments
• Maintain competency through ongoing education and practice
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, efficient care
• Cross-cover other nursing roles as needed and support operations
• Contribute to quality improvement and program development
