Job summary

The Fayette Chamber of Commerce seeks a Clinical Education Coordinator to oversee unit-based clinical learning and training for imaging residents in CT, MRI, ultrasound, or related modalities. You will work with the Manager of Imaging Clinical Education to recruit, train, and coach residents while aligning activities with approved guidelines.

This role requires ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB and BCLS certifications, plus imaging technologist experience and prior educator or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be trained to deliver unit-based clinical learning for imaging residents.
• Experience recruiting, training, and coaching imaging residents.
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB and BCLS certifications required upon hire or as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate unit-based clinical learning and training for imaging residents.
• Direct, coordinate, and oversee education-related work within Imaging Services.
• Monitor, report on unit-based activities and effectiveness to leadership.
