Job summary

Stamford Health is seeking a Radiology Program Clinical Coordinator to support radiology education, oversee student training, and ensure quality imaging services. The role requires ARRT certification, CT licensure, and a strong background in radiologic procedures, patient safety, and clinical instruction.

The coordinator will work closely with the Radiology Program Director, manage student documentation, and serve as a liaison among staff to maintain smooth operations and high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal radiography or equivalent training program as specified by ARRT.
• Certification by ARRT and CT state licensure.
• Flexibility to work overtime and holidays; on-call duty when applicable.
• Understanding age-related developmental issues in pediatrics and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple imaging systems with efficiency.
• Identify patients per hospital policy and ensure accurate ID prior to services.
• Provide procedural support for a range of patient procedures.
• Coordinate radiographic imaging to maintain quality and continuity of care.
• Minimize radiation exposure following ALARA principles.
