Job summary

Piedmont is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to oversee unit-based clinical learning and training for imaging residents. You will direct education-related work within Imaging Services and partner with the Manager of Imaging Clinical Education to recruit, train, and coach residents.

The role involves monitoring, reporting on unit-based activities and effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to established roles and guidelines. ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB/BCLS certifications are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Nuclear Medicine program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of imaging technologist experience in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology or Mammography.
• Experience in education or as a lead or supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and oversees the education-related work within Imaging Services.
• Recruit, train, and coach imaging residents in their modality.
• Consistently monitors and routinely reports on unit-based activities and effectiveness.
• Directly reports to the Manager of Clinical Education - Imaging.
