Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, business, clinical sciences, or related field.
• Understanding of diagnostic imaging and procedural operations within acute/ambulatory healthcare.
• Experience collaborating with research operations or clinical trial teams.
• Ability to translate complex workflows between clinical and research environments.
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in change management, including leading operational adoption of new processes or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary bridge between Diagnostic Imaging & Procedural Services and the Research enterprise, fostering partnerships that align clinical with research objectives.
• Partner with imaging and procedural leaders to co-develop and oversee research workstreams ensuring access, quality and sustainability.
• Lead development of imaging-related research pricing strategies with clinical leaders and contracting teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings between diagnostic imaging and research teams with clear decision-making.
• Analyze research workflows and their impact on imaging/operational activities; identify risks and opportunities.
• Design and maintain standardized tools to ensure no operational gaps across imaging-related trials.
• Lead change management efforts for imaging and procedure research activities.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
