Job summary

Cardiovascular Research Foundation in New York, NY is hiring a Research Associate for the Advanced Cardiac Imaging & Physiology Core Laboratories. The role involves complex analyses of IVUS, VH-IVUS, OCT, NIRS, CT, MR and other imaging modalities across ongoing trials.

You will set up trial documentation, revise materials, track work in databases, and ensure data integrity while supporting onboarding of new analysts and coordinating with sponsors and sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up trial documentation, Case Report Forms and worksheets.
• Create and revise study materials for review by core lab leadership.
• Track work with initial databases/spreadsheets and log image analyses.
• Coordinate with site coordinators and sponsors to resolve issues.
• Train and onboard new analysts on core lab processes and workflows.
• Support data entry and other project-related tasks.
