Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate for the ACIPCL in New York. You will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of IVUS, VH-IVUS, OCT, CT/MR, and physiology data across trials. Responsibilities include setting up trial docs, tracking data, and ensuring quality in core lab processes.

The role supports onboarding and training of analysts, with expectations of strong communication and meticulous data handling in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a medical, academic, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and heart morphology is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• Strong flexibility, multi-tasking, detail orientation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of intravascular imaging modalities.
• Set up trial documentation, CRFs, and templates for assigned projects.
• Support data entry, tracking, and quality control across core labs.
