Complete-Health is seeking a polished Referral Coordinator with Imaging Skills in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes coordinating patient referrals and imaging orders, scheduling appointments, entering orders into the EMR, and collaborating with providers to ensure timely, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, plus experience with EMR systems and referral workflows.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in referral processes and imaging workflows.
• Ability to address confidential issues and follow confidentiality policies.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with EMR systems and ADP or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and follow up on referrals for specialties or diagnostics.
• Enter, verify, and manage imaging orders in EMR per provider instructions.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and internal teams with necessary information.
• Maintain logs of referrals and imaging orders; track reports in EMR.
• Collaborate with outside agencies to assist patients in accessing resources.
• Attend meetings with physicians and staff; educate clinic staff on referral processes.
