Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing and completion of complete and accurate patient records.
• Prepare documents for scanning and scan records into One Content.
• Index documents to appropriate patient folders and assign correct document names.
• Review patient records for completeness and note deficiencies if any.
• Perform clerical duties to maintain birth records.
