Job summary

Novant Health Wesley Chapel Family & Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist I to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in an ambulatory setting. The role operates independently and with physicians to ensure safe, efficient patient care and accurate imaging.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 2-year radiography program, ARRT RT(R) registration, and relevant experience. Strong communication and patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred; ARRT-approved Radiography Program required.
• Experience: One year in diagnostic radiology preferred.
• Licensure/certification: ARRT RT(R) registration; NH facility certification requirements.
• Additional skills: Thorough radiographic knowledge, basic computer skills, age-appropriate care, strong communication.
• Preferred within 6 months: ARRT Radiography certification; NH facility credentials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures.
• Operate X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic/therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy during imaging.
