Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers imaging procedures in line with department policies and multiple modalities including surgery.
• Gives patient care to support comfort and well-being per policy.
• Prioritizes and completes daily assignments in a timely manner.
• Documents thoroughly, legibly, and promptly per department guidelines.
• Participates in charge capture and cost containment activities in the specialty area.
• Maintains clean, stocked work areas and operates equipment correctly.
• Participates in orientation, education, and self-development, including student training.
• Suggests improvements to departmental operations and services.
• Collaborates with others and provides quality service to internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates flexibility in accepting assignments and responds to changing circumstances.
• Practices ALARA radiation safety principles in protection of patients and staff.
• Shows proficiency with Johnson Memorial Health systems and radiology information systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
