Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Project Manager for Medical Imaging Installations in the Sacramento/San Francisco area. You will oversee logistics, planning, and installation of imaging equipment across modalities, and drive customer relationships and project schedules.

The role requires 1–3+ years of complex PM experience, healthcare construction familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
• 1-3+ years of complex project management experience; managing multiple projects.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; CAD knowledge preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Experience managing matrix project teams and 3rd party vendors in a large company.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Candidates should be based in region posted and willing to travel to nearby cities/states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation for imaging equipment across modalities.
• Foster high-level relationships with key accounts and drive revenue with pre-construction plans, estimates, schedules.
• Monitor construction progress; coordinate with facilities, architects, engineers; resolve issues per customer schedule.
• Communicate project status, schedule, and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Attend presale meetings and support sales relationships as required.
• Consult with customers to optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflows for drawings and plans.
• Visit project sites to secure measurements, obtain cost estimates, and review electrical/construction requirements.
