Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a skilled project manager to oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation of imaging equipment across MR, CT, X-ray and related systems. You will coordinate with facilities, architects, engineers, and customers to ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Based in the United States, the role requires up to 75% travel, strong communication, blueprint reading, and the ability to lead matrix teams within a large corporate structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• 1–3+ years of complex project management experience; healthcare construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; CAD knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects in healthcare environments and coordinating matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery and installation of imaging equipment (MR, CT, X-ray) across all modalities.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key accounts and drive revenue through pre-construction plans, estimates and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate with facilities, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Communicate project status, scope changes and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites as required; support presales meetings and optimize layouts and workflows.
