Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, budgeting, and business planning.
• Experience with contracts, SOWs, TPAs, vendor management, and PO processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to partner effectively with clinical, operational, physician, research, revenue cycle and finance leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
• Experience in Diagnostic Imaging, procedural services, or radiology business
• Experience in academic medical centers or integrated healthcare systems
• 5+ years of healthcare financial, business operations, or analytical experience
• Preferred experience supporting clinical departments or service lines
• Preferred experience with provider staffing models, capital planning, or grants management

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and business support for Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures, including budget development and forecasting with department leaders.
• Manage contracts and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance and fiscal stewardship.
• Oversee capital planning and management, tracking and reviewing post-implementation financials with partners.
• Develop proformas and light business plans for new services, programs, staffing, equipment and changes.
• Support staffing and resource planning, including financial modeling and FTE coordination.
• Design and maintain financial and operational planning tools for budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial education and consultative support to departmental leaders, translating data into insights.
• Support vendor negotiations and grant activities, including budgeting and reporting for external funding.
