Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking an Imaging & Procedures Business Operations Manager to act as a financial and business partner across Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures. You will manage budgets, contracts, capital planning, and analyses in collaboration with leadership.

The role supports staffing, financial modeling, and tool design, provides education to leaders, and partners with clinical, operational, and research teams to ensure fiscal stewardship and sustainable growth at the South

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, budgeting, and business planning.
• Experience with contracts, SOWs, TPAs, vendor management, and PO processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to partner effectively with clinical, operational, physician, research, revenue cycle and finance leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and business support for Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures, including budget development and forecasting.
• Manage contracts, SOWs, TPAs, vendor contracts, and purchase orders with compliance.
• Oversee capital planning and management with financial review post-implementation.
• Develop proformas and light business plans for new services and staffing changes.
• Support staffing and resource planning, including FTE and provider staffing requests.
• Design and maintain planning tools for budget, volume, and forecasting.
• Provide financial education and consultative support to leaders.
• Support vendor negotiations and grant activities, including financial evaluation.
