The role handles orders, scheduling, registrations, and co-pays to ensure accurate billing and fast reimbursements while supporting film library image access. The position requires an Associates Degree with related training; medical terminology knowledge is preferred, along with strong customer service and computer skills. 24–32 hours weekly with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree plus training in film library or equivalent.
• Medical Terminology Certificate desired.
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette required.
• Strong computer skills; experience with EMR and registration systems.
• Past hospital or medical office experience in patient access encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient access duties to support billing and reimbursement.
• Transcribe orders, schedule appointments, and handle advanced registrations.
• Collect co-pays and manage work lists and queues.
• Reception duties including image access as part of the film library.
