The role is a 6-month assignment, onsite only, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $15.50–$16.00 per hour. Benefits include health, retirement, and related options, with focus on accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous document scanning, imaging, mailroom, print production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Experience with IBML or high-speed scanning equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed document scanning equipment.
• Prepare documents by sorting, batching, removing staples/clips, and organizing pages.
• Load and feed documents into scanning equipment.
• Monitor scanning production and resolve basic jams or misfeeds.
• Perform quality checks to ensure documents are scanned accurately and completely.
• Maintain batch counts and basic production records.
• Handle confidential and sensitive documents appropriately.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
