Job summary

Ascension Health in Kyle, TX is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead daily operations and care coordination in the Imaging Administration department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.

You will supervise diagnostic imaging staff, manage scheduling and performance, monitor budgets and supply metrics, and uphold Joint Commission, ACR, and federal standards to maintain top safety and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider within 1 Month of hire date. Various radiology/sonography credentials may be required.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and care coordination for the Radiology Department to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.
• Manage diagnostic imaging team performance, scheduling, and staff relations to foster a collaborative, productive interdisciplinary team environment.
• Monitor departmental budgets, supply metrics, and financial variances to optimize operational performance as Radiology Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, and federal regulations to maintain safety and documentation standards.
• Assess quality improvement initiatives across imaging departments to elevate patient outcomes and streamline EHR workflows.
