Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an Imaging Operations Manager to lead our branch imaging operations, oversee daily workflows, optimize processes, and ensure high imaging standards. You will partner with local sales and training staff, manage imaging equipment, and coordinate capacity planning to support secure, efficient data handling.

This in-person role requires a Secret DoD Clearance, a Bachelor's in Business or CS, 5–7 years IT experience with 2–3 years in management, and strong knowledge of imaging

Qualifications

  • Must have a Secret DoD Clearance (Tier 3) before starting. A US citizenship is required to obtain this clearance level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; post-graduate education is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of computer experience, with 2-3 years in management and operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Windows environment and imaging; Kofax experience preferred.
  • Active involvement in operations, support, and maintenance of imaging practices at Iron Mountain.
  • Strong understanding of security policies and controls related to imaging processes.
  • Proficient in imaging operations, workflow, imaging software (Kofax Ascent Capture preferred), computer and scanner operation, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all activities related to the imaging operations
  • Analyzing and modifying workflow performance and maintain all related imaging equipment
  • Supporting local sales staff and training of new staff in all phases of the imaging process.
  • Will assist when necessary support of batch classes based on need
  • Makes recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements or changes
  • Coordination of local operations for proper chain of custody / security
  • Capacity planning including throughput of each phase of imaging, system utilization, backup and DR process

Responsibilities:
  • Manages all activities related to the imaging operations

  • Included as part of the operation responsibility is capacity planning which includes managing the throughput of each phase of imaging, system utilization including local disk, supplies and imaging process, insure the proper backup of all related components and maintain a proper DR process.

Reasonably expected salary range: $81,200.00 - $108,300.00

Please note that an employee’s starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
